Fundraisers 2019-2020

This year, we're offering exciting opportunities to have fun and build relationships within our outstanding AGCS community, while raising funds to support our school!

To help you plan for these awesome events, we've listed them below. We hope to see you there! We also raise funds on a smaller scale throughout the year through department tee shirt sales (Barnyard Bingo, Arts Fest,) bake sales, candy grams, and other "table" sales.


September 28th • Wolfpack Booster Club Carnival in the Barnyard

At the Micro-Farm on the State Road Campus

September 28, 2019
8:00am to 4:00pm

The AGCS Wolfpack Booster Club invites you to our Carnival and Bingo in the Barnyard at the State Road campus. This carnival is open to the public!

  • Petting zoo
  • Goat Plop Bingo
  • Food trucks
  • Inflatables
  • Face painting

Wristbands for children 3+ years - good for unlimited kids’ games and activities - will be available for $12. Information and wristband/bingo purchases is coming soon in our homepage news.

September 30th - October 11th • PTO KidStuff Coupon Book Sale

AGCS Families love saving with hundreds of valuable coupons! Use just a few coupons and save more than the $25 cost. Proceeds benefit school assemblies, field trips, technology needs, and more. We earned $4,350.00 last year!

Don't miss the opportunity to get fantastic discounts at local businesses! One KidStuff book will go home with the youngest K-3rd grader in your family; 4th-12th grade will have an opportunity to order them online. The PTO makes a whopping 50% profit on each book we sell for our school, so order additional copies for friends and family!

October 12th • Celebration of Life / Tree Planting

At the Early Learning Center at Kemblesville
October 12, 2019
9:00am to 1:00pm

Plant tribute trees in our reforestation project on the Kemblesville campus. Honor your friends, loved ones, and receive a personalized commemorative card. We'll have entertainment, a pumpkin decorating contest, and food! Keep an eye on the homepage news for more information in August.

We are as committed to the relationships in our community as we are to the environment. By planting trees in honor of loved ones, we are reinforcing not only our commitment to being good stewards of the environment but also to nurturing valuable relationships in the community. We are counter balancing the environmental impact of our ELC expansion by replacing trees removed during construction.

October 3rd - 18th • PTO Scholastic Fall Book Fair

Daily at the State Road Campus only (ELC will be in the spring)
Proceeds go toward purchasing teaching materials and classroom technology needs.

October 28th - November 8th  • Yankee Candle Sale

Proceeds benefit the 2018 Junior/Senior Prom 

High School students will be participating in our annual Yankee Candle® - America’s Best Loved Candle™ sale. Renowned for their quality and true-to life scents, Yankee® candles are America’s Best Loved gift to give and get!

October - November TBA • Gertrude Hawk Candy Sale

Proceeds benefit classroom technology needs.

Stock up on phenomenal Gertrude Hawk candy! It makes a great holiday gift. Delivery will be early in December, just in time for Christmas! Watch for catalogs to come home in your student's backpack.

November 8th • PTO Fall Designer Handbag Bingo

6:30-9:30pm, Red Men Pavilion, 114 Brick Road, Oxford
Tickets $30
Proceeds will be allocated based on school needs and our Parent End of Year Feedback

This is one of the most highly-anticipated events at AGCS! If you love gorgeous handbags, hanging out with the girls, and supporting AGCS, then this is the opportunity you've been waiting for! Join us for a night of bingo and fun. There will be high-quality, name brand handbags in the prize lineup, plus raffle baskets, 50/50 drawings, and fabulous vendors. February 21st • PTO Winter Designer Handbag Bingo

Proceeds benefit classroom technology needs

Just in time for Easter, another opportunity to order Gertrude Hawk candy! This catalog is spring-themed, with plenty of great items for Easter baskets. Watch for catalogs to come home in your student's backpack.

March 6th • Night at the Races

6:00-10:00pm, Red Men Pavilion, 114 Brick Road, Oxford
Tickets $TBA per person
Proceeds benefit our Language Arts Program and Technology

Get ready for a night of great fun, food, entertainment, and horse racing on the big screen! Admission includes dinner, dessert, and drinks (beer, wine, soda, and water.) We'll have unbelievably outstanding silent auction items and raffle baskets! You can sponsor your own horse to race or just bet on the races. Get your summer Hersheypark tickets at an incredible discount.Tickets can be used through September. It's a great way to save money, have fun, and support AGCS... last year we raised over $2,000! What a sweet deal!
