Make an Online Donation with an image of a tree

As demand for our school has grown throughout the county and surrounding areas, we have outgrown the current State Road building. We also have modular classroom units that have exceeded their life cycle and need to be replaced. Our vision is that a new academic building will allow us to replace our modular units and provide the required classroom space to meet enrollment demand and offer an outstanding educational experience. Your contribution, no matter the amount, will be put to good use and provide financial assistance to this much-needed building for our students.

There are three ways you can make a contribution

1. Make an online donation of $500 or more to receive a gold, silver, or bronze leaf on our tree and/or a brick in the new building. More information is below.

2. Make a significant donation. For more information, please email coconnor@agcharter.org

3. Let us know about a donor who willing to make a significant contribution. Please email coconnor@agcharter.org with the donor's contact information.

Kristen Bishop, Head of School/CEO

Welcome to our Capital Campaign page!

My name is Kristen Bishop, and I am the Chief Executive Officer of Avon Grove Charter School. Established in 2002, Avon Grove Charter School plays a significant role and positively impacts the Chester County region in providing families with public school choice options for their children. We currently have over nineteen hundred students and an admissions waiting list of hundreds more looking to be a part of our school community. Avon Grove Charter School embraces the “neighborhood school” feel and has a stellar reputation in the community because of our amazing families and staff. Our relationship with our authorizing school district, Avon Grove School District, is an example of how public charter schools and public school districts can coexist and work together to do great things for the students we serve. Avon Grove Charter School opened to provide an intimate “family feel” atmosphere while trying new things that would spur innovation in education.

By partnering with Avon Grove Charter School and making a tax-deductible contribution, you’ll directly contribute to the future of Avon Grove Charter School students and your community. We’ll be looking to recognize you for your generosity as a capital supporter and will have tiers representing your commitment. When a donor provides substantially to this project, we are looking to name the building or parts of the building in recognition of financial support.

If you are interested in being a substantial donor to this project, we would like to consult with you to explore the schedule for naming opportunities and the donation level required at each. Donors may be individuals, families, organizations, or corporations.

Your contribution, no matter the amount, will be put to good use and provide financial assistance to this much-needed building for our students. I appreciate your consideration and continued support.

With Thanks,

Kristen Bishop

We are the Smiths, all seven of us. Five students, one mom/ AGCS Team member, and one proud father. We started over twenty years ago at the beginning. Living, working, but most importantly, learning as Avon Grove Charter School grew along as part of our family.

Looking back, we absolutely made the right choice in sending our kids to this place of learning, community, inclusiveness, and support. Looking forward, we are excited for the new things to come and we wholeheartedly encourage everyone to support our Charter Family as it grows again, into the future. AGCS - ALL IN!
