Avon Grove Charter School has been recognized as a 2022-2023 Project Lead the Way Distinguished School for its Elementary and Middle School STEM Programs.

AGCS was one of 492 elementary schools and 212 middle schools to receive this national recognition.  In Pennsylvania, AGCS was one of one of 9 elementary schools and 5 middle schools to be recognized.
