Story Time and Crafts at Rooted

AGCS Students from each grade level will lead themed story time and crafts and from 10:00-11:00 AM on:

October 6th - 6th Grade leaders
January 12th - 4th Grade leaders
February 23rd - 5th Grade leaders
March 23rd - 3rd Grade leaders
April 20th - 2nd Grade leaders
May 11th - 1st Grade leaders

For the second year, Avon Grove Charter School CAAP students will lead themed story times and craft activities at the local business Rooted in New London throughout the school year. All preschool and pre-K children from the community are invited. AGCS students will put their leadership skills to the test and run an amazing story time for their future peers!

Our Cooperative Academically Accelerated Program (CAAP) enrolls students who are academically gifted or talented and are ready for deeper grade-level enrichment or content acceleration. CAAP meets students where they are and takes them to the next level. Learn more about CAAP.
