    GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement, unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past seven years, it has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity. Whether it’s making someone smile, helping a neighbor or stranger out, showing up for an issue or people we care about, or giving some of what we have to those who need our help, every act of generosity counts and everyone has something to give.

    We appreciate your consideration of donating to AGCS on GivingTuesday! You can make your tax deductible donation online directly to AGCS through the month of December. This year, all donations will go to support our High School DECA Team.

    This Giving Tuesday, will you help us to become the leaders this world needs, and we want to be?

    Four years ago, AGCS launched our DECA Chapter.  DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe. Since our inception, we have sent over 100 AGCS students to learn and compete amongst the best high school students in the nation. We want to build on our success, and make this opportunity available for students at AGCS that are committed to building for the future.

    What have we got planned for this year?

    • Case Study Preparation at Goldey-Beacom College
    • Participate in the District Career Competition (Albright College)
    • Participate in the State Career Development Conference (Hershey, PA).
    • Participate in the International Career Development Conference (Orlando, FL)

    Did you know...?

    Many employers have Matching Gift Programs in which the employer makes a gift in an amount equal to or a percentage of the employee’s gift.
