Free Breakfast for All!
On Friday, September 9, 2022, Governor Tom Wolf announced that Pennsylvania will make it possible for all students to receive free breakfast beginning October 1st for the 2022-2023 school year. All students at AGCS will be able to come to the cafeteria for a nutritious breakfast free of charge! Please remember, a complete breakfast is 3 items, 1 of which must be a fruit. Lunch prices will remain the same.
To help eliminate waste, at both campuses we have added share bins, where students may place prepackaged, unopened items purchased from the cafeteria that they do not wish to eat. Any student is welcome to select items from the bin free of charge.
Harvest of the month - Taste tests of foods that include locally harvested ingredients.
Parents are welcome to apply for free or reduced-priced benefits by completing a meal application after July 1. You may apply at www.schoolcafe.com, COMPASS, or by downloading it from our forms webage. For more information, visit our Free & Reduced Program webpage. This institution is an equal-opportunity provider.
