Blocksi for Parents

We are dedicated to creating a safe and secure online learning environment for your child. To support this, AGCS offers the Blocksi Parent Portal, a powerful tool that enables parents to monitor and manage their child's online activities on school-issued devices. Blocksi also helps AGCS comply with the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) by blocking access to inappropriate or harmful online content, ensuring the school meets federal safety guidelines for student internet use.

The Blocksi Parent Portal enables parents to:

  • Monitor your child's internet usage and online activity in real-time.
  • Set custom filtering levels to block inappropriate content outside of school hours.
  • View reports on browsing history and screen time.
  • Control access to websites and apps outside of school hours.

How to Register

To Access the Blocksi Parent Portal you'll need to register for an account.

  1. Go to the Blocksi Parent Portal website or download the Blocksi Parent App.   
  2. Click the Register Here button
  3. On the next screen, enter your information to create a parent account. This includes your own email account and your student’s @agcharter.net account.  If possible, you should use the same personal email that the school has in your student record to communicate with you.  This will allow the system and school to match you as a parent to your student.
  4. Once logged in, you will see the dashboard view.  If your email matches the main contact listed for your student in PowerSchool, then you should be granted access.  If the system does not recognize your email, you will see your student’s email listed with a red Waiting for Validation status.  At this point, you will need to wait for the school's Blocksi team to validate that you are the appropriate parent for the student account listed. If you have multiple students, you may add additional student @agcharter.net accounts on this page.
