Avon Grove Charter School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

The Avon Grove Charter School is a public charter school and can accept applications from any student in the state of Pennsylvania. However, the school can only call upon these districts to transport within a 10 mile radius.

Districts currently providing transportation to AGCS are:

  • Avon Grove
  • Oxford
  • Kennett
  • Coatesville
  • Unionville-Chadds Ford
  • Octorara
