Community Bulletin Board
Our Community
We are proud members of our community! We're committed to working together with the other organizations who support our community - fire, police, government, libraries, other schools, food pantries, sports clubs, the arts - everything that makes the Avon Grove area such a great place to live. We hope you'll use this page to become more active in our community.
Please note: the links on this page may connect you to organizations outside of AGCS. AGCS is not responsible for the content of these external pages. The listings are posted as a courtesy to Avon Grove community groups and are the explicit views and events of the related community group. Avon Grove Charter School does not endorse these views or events in any way.
Facility Use
If you are interested in using AGCS facilities or property, please download and submit the Facility Use Application and Fee Schedule. This packet contains the necessary forms and policies commonly needed by those seeking to rent or otherwise use the facilities of Avon Grove Charter School. An organization seeking to utilize AGCS facilities or property should direct all questions to the AGCS Business Office for the specific campus it seeks to use.

How To Submit Events For Posting
All submissions for this webpage require the approval of the Avon Grove Charter School Head of Schools or designee. Only listings from nonprofit organizations located within the area AGCS serves will be considered for our Community Bulletin Board page. AGCS cannot post information from for-profit organizations on our website. We also do not sell space on our website or in our schoolwide publications.
Nonprofit Organizations
To request approval, please e-mail your request (according to the guidelines below) to webmaster@agcharter.org. We welcome requests for postings about upcoming events, opportunities, and nonprofit fundraisers in the community.
- All submissions must be received at least two weeks prior to your event in order to be considered for posting on our online Community Bulletin Board.
- Include a contact name, e-mail, and phone number so that we can follow-up on your request. AGCS may publish the contact name and phone number you provide with the event posting.
- We can include flyers in ADA Accessible PDF format only. Please do not send flyers that are PNG, JPG, or CANVA files, as they are not ADA compliant. If there are images you would like us to include with your flyer, they must be in PNG or JPG format.
- Links to your organization's website may be included and will be posted at the discretion of AGCS.
- Content space is limited, therefore AGCS reserves the right to shorten or paraphrase content to make it fit in the alloted space. Typically there is room for up to five sentences.
- AGCS may share the Community Bulletin Board link with its PTO and may include links to it in our weekly newletters, distributed to subscribers each Sunday
We look forward to your participation and to making this page an outstanding resource for our community!
