As a small charter high school in southern Chester County, we are committed to providing a first-rate educational environment as a complement to our local public high schools.

AGCS High School offers a challenging, vigorous academic curriculum to prepare every one of our students for a lifetime of educational enrichment. We strive to prepare our students not just for state assessments and college entrance examinations. We prepare them to be thoughtful, conscientious citizens. Our highly qualified teachers are constantly developing new and engaging ways to inspire our students to achieve.

We offer an array of educational opportunities for our students ranging from challenging academic courses to exciting performing and visual arts classes.  Moreover, all of our courses are student-centered, utilizing "discovery based" learning models that help our students to become self-directed learners.

Finally, at AGCHS we strive to be a diverse community, dedicated to the growth and maturity of our students. Our classes are small, allowing for tremendous student-to-teacher interaction. Moreover, in addition to our excellent guidance staff, our teachers also function as mentors and advisors for our students as all work to create a solid foundation for life-long learning.
