Avon Grove charter school will be testing a "auto-dialing" emergency closing system in addition to posting informaton on the local media outlets. This is a "test run" and AGCS will be assessing the effectiveness of this system following the current weather-related closure.

Dear Parents:
Anyone who has been watching the news recently is aware of the humanitarian crisis occurring in Haiti. We, at AGCS, have been assessing the situation, and are endeavoring to direct our community's resources in the most effective manner possible. Students, from both sites, will therefore be eligible to take part in "Haiti Raffles" for which one prize will be awarded at each site to a random donor.
To participate in the raffle: Print out the attached raffle form and submit it to your child's homeroom teacher (K-5) or, if you have a 6-12th grade student, submit directly to the AGCS Main Office. A single prize will be awarded at each site!
